`September 4, 2019 (Paper 10), Petitioner Snap Inc. (“Petitioner”) requests Oral

`Argument on issues related to the patentability of claims 1-3, 8-11, 13-15, and 20
`
`of U.S. Patent No. 8,326,327 (“the ’327 patent”) and to Patent Owner BlackBerry
`
`Limited’s (“Patent Owner”) proposed substitute claim 21. Petitioner wishes to
`
`present argument on the following issues:
`
`• Grounds at issue in this proceeding;
`
`• Any issue addressed in Petitioner’s papers, including but not limited
`
`to, the Petition, Petitioner’s Reply to Patent Owner’s Response, and
`
`Petitioner’s Opposition to Patent Owner’s Motion to Amend;
`
`• Motion to exclude filed in this proceeding (if any);
`
`• Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all issues, including the
`
`issues listed above and any issues raised in Patent Owner’s Response,
`
`Patent Owner’s Motion to Amend, or elsewhere in the record for this
`
`proceeding; and
`
`• Rebuttal to Board’s Preliminary Guidance on Patent Owner’s Motion
`
`to Amend and Patent Owner’s reliance on the Board’s Preliminary
`
`Guidance.

`The Board previously scheduled the Oral Hearing for this case on June 9, 2020
`
