`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Case Management and Scheduling
`
`Order (Paper 9), Petitioner Weatherford International, LLC requests that the Patent
`
`Trial and Appeal Board hear oral argument on the instituted grounds of
`
`unpatentability for U.S. Patent No. RE46,137, with a total of 60 minutes allotted to
`
`each side to address both of IPR2019-00708 and IPR2019-00768.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, and without intent to waive consideration of
`
`any issue not requested, Petitioner specifies the issues to be argued as the grounds
`
`of unpatentability instituted by the Board (Paper 8) in IPR2019-00708, including:
`
`1.
`
`Anticipation of claims 1, 16, 17, 31, 34, 41, and 42 by Giroux as
`
`specified in Ground 1.
`
`2.
`
`Obviousness of claims 1, 8-11, 16, 17, 31, 34, 41, and 42 by Giroux in
`
`view of the knowledge of a person of ordinary skill in the art and the admitted
`
`prior art as specified in Ground 2.
`
`3.
`
`Obviousness of claims 1, 8-11, 16, 17, 31, 34, 41, and 42 by Giroux in
`
`view of Patel ’853, the knowledge of a person of ordinary skill in the art, and the
`
`admitted prior art as specified in Ground 3.
`
`4.
`
`All issues raised by Patent Owner in its Request for Oral Argument or
`
`at the oral hearing and responses thereto.
`
`The Board has previously scheduled the Oral Hearing for June 9, 2020. See
`
`Paper 9. Petitioner also requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to
