`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1), Patent Owner identifies Celgene

`Corporation (“Celgene”) as the real party-in-interest. Celgene is a corporation

`organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, having a principal
`
`place of business at 86 Morris Avenue, Summit, New Jersey 07901, and is the
`
`owner of all right, title, and interest in U.S. Patent No. 9,056,120 (“the ’120
`
`patent”) by virtue of an assignment from the inventor, Jerome B. Zeldis. The
`
`Assignment was recorded on March 13, 2013 at Reel 029988, Frame 0502.
