`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Board’s November 15, 2018
`
`Scheduling Order (Paper 13), Patent Owner DDR Holdings, LLC respectfully
`
`requests oral argument. The Scheduling Order set oral argument in this IPR - and
`
`in related matters IPR2018-01009, -01010, -01011, -01012, and -01014 - for July
`
`25, 2019.
`
`Pursuant to the Trial Practice Guide Update (August 2018), the parties have
`
`conferred about the conduct of the trial and agreed to make the following joint
`
`proposals: (1) Given the overlap of issues, the parties wish to present oral
`
`argument for all six related proceedings in a single, consolidated hearing. (2) The
`
`parties wish to set the oral argument in the Denver office of the PTO. (3) The
`
`parties suggest that the Petitioner and Patent Owner each be provided 60 minutes
`
`of argument time for the consolidated hearing, inclusive of any rebuttal time either
`
`party wishes to reserve. Patent Owner respectfully requests that the Board adopt
`
`the joint recommendations.
`
`Patent Owner respectfully requests availability of equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including an ELMO and projector to the screens.
`
`The following counsel will be in attendance representing Petitioner at oral
`
`argument: Louis J. Hoffman (Reg. No. 38,918) and Ian Crosby (admitted pro hac
`
`vice). Lead counsel, Mr. Hoffman, will present Patent Owner’s arguments.
