`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.8(a)(3), Patent Owner DDR Holdings, LLC
`
`provides updated information to its mandatory notices in connection with the
`
`above-captioned Petition, reflecting a change of the information stated in earlier
`
`mandatory notices.
`
`Both Petitioner and DDR have advised the Board of the pendency of related
`
`pending patent application Serial No. 15/582,105. The prosecution of that
`
`application has now been completed. The PTO sent a Notice of Allowance on
`
`April 4, 2019, and DDR immediately paid the issue fee.
`
`DDR provides notice of the PTO’s Notice of Allowance and enters the
`
`Notice of Allowance (with about thirty pages of search notes and search history
`
`removed as unnecessary) and a copy of the allowed claims into the record as
`
`Exhibit 2034. We understand that the Board members have access to the entire file
`
`history through the PTO’s computer system, but we are willing to file the complete
`
`file history as an exhibit if the Board wishes.
`
`The ‘105 application is related to this proceeding in part because it is a
`
`continuation application having the same specification, because the claims have
`
`certain similarities, and because the examiner reviewed the same references,
`
`including making findings addressing references used in the Petition here.
