`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70, Patent Owner FUJILFILM Corporation

`respectfully requests oral argument on the issues set forth below. An oral hearing is
`
`presently scheduled for June 21, 2019 (Paper 24).
`
`Patent Owner intends to submit arguments at the oral hearing in this matter
`
`on all the grounds of unpatentability on which this Trial was instituted. In
`
`accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), without intent to waive consideration of any
`
`issue not requested, Patent Owner specifies the following issues to be argued:
`
` Claims 1 and 2 are not unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 in view of the
`combined teachings of McAllister-I and Laverriere;
` Claim 3 is not anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102 by McAllister-I;
` Claim 3 is not unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 in view of the combined
`teachings of McAllister-I and Laverriere;
` Claim 3 is not anticipated under 35 U.S.C. § 102 by Mizutani;
` Claim 3 is not unpatentable under 35 U.S.C. § 103 in view of Mizutani;
` Any motions or issues that remain pending at the time of the hearing;
` Rebuttal to Petitioner’s presentation on all matters; and
` Additional issues raised by the Board or Petitioner in oral argument.

`Patent Owner requests the ability to use audio visual equipment to display
`
`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a projector with an HDMI input and
`
`screen for PowerPoint display.
