`Under the Board’s October 5, 2018 Scheduling Order (Paper 9), Petitioners
`
`respectfully request oral argument in Alexandria, Virginia for the trial currently
`
`scheduled on July 9, 2019, in this proceeding. Under 37 C.F.R. § 42.70,
`
`Petitioners request 45 minutes of argument time for each side for a total of one and
`
`a half hours and specifies the following issues, without intent to waive
`
`consideration of any issue not requested, to be argued.
`
`ISSUES TO BE ADDRESSED DURING ORAL ARGUMENT
`

`Ground 1: Whether the Dyson-Raychaudhuri combination renders
`
`obvious Claims 1, 3, and 4 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
`
`II. Ground

`2: Whether
`
`the Dyson-Raychaudhuri-Chennakeshu
`
`combination renders obvious Claim 2 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
`
`III. Ground 3: Whether
`
`the Dyson-Raychaudhuri-Goodman-Yang

`combination renders obvious Claim 4 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
`
`Petitioners also respectfully request that the Board provide audio-visual
`
`equipment to display demonstrative exhibits, including a projector to be connected
`
`to a laptop and a screen for displaying documents. Any demonstrative exhibits
`
`will be served before the oral argument as required by 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(b).
`
`This filing is timely, being submitted no later than DUE DATE 4 (June 5,
`
`2019), according to the Scheduling Order (Paper 9).

`In light of the remarks above, Petitioners respectfully request the opportunity
