`Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(a), Petitioners Lowe’s Companies, Inc., Lowe’s
`
`Home Centers, LLC and L G Sourcing, Inc. (“Lowe’s”) and Patent Owner Nichia
`
`Corporation (“Nichia”) jointly request termination of the inter partes reviews of
`
`U.S. Patent Nos. 8,530,250; 9,537,071; and 9,490,411 in case IPR2018-0699,
`
`IPR2018-00601, IPR2017-02014 and IPR2017-02011. The Board authorized the
`
`filing of this motion on the June 1, 2018, conference call. The Board has not
`
`instituted inter partes review in IPR2018-0699 and IPR2018-00601. In IPR2017-
`
`02014 and IPR2017-02011, the proceedings are still in the early stages and Nichia
`
`has yet to file its Patent Owner’s Response. The parties have settled their dispute
`
`and have reached agreement to terminate these inter partes reviews. The
`
`Settlement Agreement has been made in writing, and a true and correct copy is
`
`filed herewith as business confidential information pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 317(b)
`
`and 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c).
`
`Accordingly, Lowe’s and Nichia respectfully request termination of the inter
`
`partes reviews of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,530,250; 9,537,071; and 9,490,411 in case
`
`IPR2018-0699, IPR2018-00601, IPR2017-02014 and IPR2017-02011.
`
