`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a) and the Scheduling Order (Paper 16),
`
`Petitioner VIZIO, Inc. (“Petitioner”) respectfully requests the opportunity to present
`
`oral argument on the following issues:
`
` Patentability of all challenged claims under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102 and/or 103(a)
`
`in light of all instituted grounds (Nos. 1-5);
`
` Any issues of claim construction;
`
` Rebuttal to Patent Owner’s presentation on all matters; and
`
` Any additional issues on which the Board seeks clarification.
`
`The Board already scheduled the Oral Hearing for the two related proceedings
`
`for the ’411 and ’071 patents—IPR2018-00386 and IPR2018-00437—for March 5,
`
`2019. Petitioner respectfully requests oral hearing for the IPR2018-00386 and
`
`IPR2017-00437 proceedings with an allocation of 75 minutes per side for the
`
`combined hearing.
`
`Furthermore, Petitioner requests the ability to use audio/visual equipment,
`
`including an ELMO, laptop, projector, and screen, to display demonstratives and
`
`exhibits at the oral hearing.
