`IPR2018-00403, and Dell Inc., which filed a Petition in Case IPR2018-01307, have

`been joined as petitioners in this proceeding.

`RELIEF REQUESTED
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), and as authorized by the Board via an email
`
`dated January 31, 2022 (see 37 C.F.R. § 42.20(b)), Petitioner Intel Corporation
`
`(“Intel”) respectfully requests permission for Garland T. Stephens (Reg. No. 37,242)
`
`to withdraw as lead counsel for Intel in the above-captioned proceeding and for Anne
`
`Cappella (Reg. No. 43,217) to be designated as lead counsel in this case. Intel
`
`additionally moves to withdraw the following named back up counsel: Justin L.
`
`Constant (Reg. No. 66,883) and Melissa L. Hotze (Reg. No. 55,279). Intel’s Updated
`
`Mandatory Notices, filed herewith, identify updated lead and first backup counsel
`
`for this proceeding.
`
`II. THERE IS GOOD CAUSE FOR THE BOARD TO AUTHORIZE
`WITHDRAWAL AND SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL
`The withdrawal of lead counsel is requested because current lead counsel has
`
`left his firm. Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §11.116(b)(1), withdrawal can be accomplished
`
`without material adverse effect to the client’s interest. Intel’s Updated Mandatory
`
`Notices, filed herewith, identify updated lead and first backup counsel for this
`
`proceeding. These individuals are currently First and Second Backup Counsel in
`
`this proceeding, and Intel approves of them representing it going forward in this
`
`proceeding. No extensions of time are sought with this Motion, and it is believed
`
`that granting this Motion will not hinder the ability of the Office to timely complete
`
`this proceeding.

`Counsel for Patent Owner and joined Petitioners Dell and Cavium were
`
`contacted prior to filing this Motion, and Patent Owner and joined Petitioners Dell
`
`and Cavium all indicated that they do not object to the withdrawal of Lead Counsel
`
`and substitution of counsel proposed in this Motion.
`
`III. CONCLUSION
`For the foregoing reasons, Intel respectfully requests that this Motion be
`
`granted.
