`I, Jeffrey C. Morgan, hereby declare that:

`proceeding, I work closely with Joshua P. Larsen, USPTO Registration No.

`62,761, Lead Counsel for Petitioner, Google LLC, in the proceedings of IPR2017-

`02052, IPR2017-02053, IPR2017-02054, IPR2017-02057, IPR2017-02058.

`I am a member in good standing of the Bar of the State of Georgia and
`
`of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am also admitted to practice before the

`District of Massachusetts, the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of
`
`Georgia, the Eastern District of Texas, and the Western District of Wisconsin, as
`
`well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Ninth, Eleventh, and
`
`Federal Circuits.

`I have over 20 years of experience litigating patent cases in various
`
`United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal. My experience includes
`
`several litigation matters in the telecommunications systems and components
`
`fields. I am, therefore, an experienced litigation attorney.

`I have never received imposition of any suspensions or disbarments
`
`from practice before any court or administrative body.

`I have never been denied admission for practice before any court or
