`administer oaths. The witness will appear for the deposition at the offices of U.S.

`Legal Support, Inc. at 701 Brazos Street, Suite 380, Austin, TX 78701. Counsel
`
`for Patent Owner will conduct the deposition by remote video from the law offices
`
`of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP at 255 East Fifth Street, Suite 1900, Cincinnati, OH

`45202. The deposition will be transcribed by a court reporter and recorded on

`video.
