`The following requests are contingent upon Petitioner requesting, and being

`granted, oral argument on issues on which Petitioner bears the burden of proof.
`
`On that contingent basis only, Patent Owner would request at least 60
`
`minutes to address issues on which Patent Owner bears the burden, or that are
`
`raised at oral argument, which may include the following:
`
`• Whether Patent Owner has satisfied its burdens such that its
`Motion to Amend (Paper 18) should be granted; and
`Any other issues on which Patent Owner bears the burden.

`Guidance is respectfully solicited as to which questions, if any, the Board

`specifically wishes to be addressed.

`On those issues for which Petitioner is granted oral argument and bears the

`burden of proof, Patent Owner requests an opportunity to reserve sur-rebuttal time

`to respond to rebuttal arguments by Petitioner at oral argument.

`Patent Owner requests the right to use audio visual equipment to display

`demonstrative exhibits, including the use of a computer, projector, and screen.
