`Further to 37 C.F.R. § 42.70(a), requiring a separate paper requesting oral

`Hearing on the instituted grounds of unpatentability for claims 1-6 and 8-10 of

`U.S. Patent No. 6,151,493 (the “’493 patent”) under 35 U.S.C. § 103, and
