`Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 37 C.F.R § 90.2(a), that Patent Owner
`
`Chrimar Systems, Inc. (hereinafter “Chrimar”) hereby appeals to the United States
`
`Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Final Written Decision entered
`
`on December 29, 2017 (Paper 66) and from all underlying orders, decisions,
`
`rulings and opinions that are adverse to Patent Owner, including, without
`
`limitation, those within the Decision on Institution of Inter Partes Review, entered
`
`January 4, 2017 (Paper 8).
`
`In accordance with 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(3)(ii), Chrimar further indicates that
`
`the issues on appeal include, without limitation: claim construction; determination
`
`of unpatentability of claims 1, 2, 7, 26, 29, 33, 39, 40, 47, 55, and 69 of U.S. Patent
`
`No. 9,019,838; any finding or determination supporting or related to those issues;
`
`as well as all other issues decided adversely to Chrimar in any orders, decisions,
`
`rulings and opinions.
`
`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 90.2(a)(1) and (a)(2), and as reflected in the attached
`
`Certificate of Service, this Notice of Appeal is being electronically filed with the
`
`Patent Trial and Appeal Board through the PRPS System and the United States
`
`Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit through the CM/ECF System along with
`
