`On March 6, 2017, Petitioner sent an email communication to the
`
`Board, which contains a request for leave to file a supplemental legal
`citation and also presents substantive arguments in support thereof.
`Specifically, Petitioner’s email expresses a desire that the Board be made
`aware of Paper 23 in Case IPR2016-01514 and requests leave be granted to
`file a copy of the supplemental legal citation in these proceedings.
`
`Petitioner previously had been cautioned not to include substantive
`arguments in email communications to the Board. The March 6, 2017 email
`communication includes substantive arguments and thus is improper. The
`email request is dismissed as an improper communication with the Board,
`and we have therefore not considered the substantive arguments contained
`therein.
`
`Because we already are aware of Paper 23 in Case IPR2016-01514, it
`is not necessary for Petitioner to renew its request for filing supplemental
`legal citation or to ask for a conference call to discuss a request for filing
`supplemental legal citation.
`
`Accordingly, it is
`ORDERED that Petitioner’s request to file a supplemental legal
`citation in each proceeding is denied.
