`1 Because this Order addresses an issue applicable to these two cases, we
`exercise our discretion to issue one Order to be filed in each case. The
`parties may not use this style heading unless authorized.

`On July 26, 2016, a conference call was held with the Board and the
`
`parties to discuss Patent Owner’s counsel’s request for authorization to
`
`withdraw as counsel from these proceedings. Mr. Jeffrey Costakos, Patent
`
`Owner’s counsel, stated that all current counsel for Patent Owner in these
`
`proceedings seek permission to withdraw but that Patent Owner has not yet
`
`obtained new counsel.
`
`Because Patent Owner has not obtained new counsel, we do not grant
`
`Patent Owner’s counsel authorization to file motions to withdraw at this
`
`time. When Patent Owner secures new counsel for representation in these
`
`proceedings, Patent Owner’s current counsel is advised to contact the Board
`
`to seek authorization to withdraw as counsel. See 37 C.F.R. §§ 42.20(b),
`
`

`
