`In light of the matters that have recently settled and thus could no longer be

`affected by a decision in this proceeding, Patent Owner PerdiemCo LLC
`
`(“PerDiem”), hereby submits its revised mandatory notices pursuant to 37 C.F.R. §
`
`42.8(a)(3). PerDiem has also settled in principle with Geotab Inc., the lone
`
`remaining defendant in pending judicial and/or administrative proceedings that
`
`could affect, or be affected by, a decision in this proceeding.
`
`A. Real Party-In-Interest (37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(1))
`
`The real party in interest is PerdiemCo LLC, a limited liability company
`
`having its principal place of business at 505 E Travis Street, Suite 205, Marshall,
`
`TX 75670-4258. PerDiem is the owner of all right, title, and entire interest in U.S.
`
`Patent No. 8,717,166.
`
`B. Related Matters (37 C.F.R. § 42.8(b)(2))
`
`The following pending judicial and/or administrative proceedings could
`
`affect, or be affected by, a decision in this proceeding:
`
`PerdiemCo LLC v. Industrack LLC et al, Case No. 2:15-cv-00727-JRG-RSP
`
`(E.D. Tx) (Consolidated case); and PerdiemCo LLC v. Geotab Inc. et al, Case No.
