`Petitioner filed three copies of Exhibit 1008 with the Petition in this
`case. In an email to the Board on November 28, 2016, Petitioner and Patent
`Owner indicated that two copies of Exhibit 1008, which are identified in the
`Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End filing system as documents 14
`and 15, can be expunged from the record.
`II. ORDER
`In consideration of the foregoing, it is hereby:
