`Pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c), Petitioner HP Inc. (formerly known as

`Hewlett-Packard Company) and Patent Owner Memjet Technology Limited hereby
`
`jointly request that the Settlement Agreement between the parties, which is
`
`submitted as Exhibit 1011 and referenced in the Joint Motion to Terminate
`
`Proceeding, be treated as confidential business information, be kept separate from
`
`the files of the involved patent, and be made available only to (i) Federal
`
`Government agencies on written request or (ii) to other persons upon written
`
`request to the Board along with a showing of good cause. In the event that a third
`
`party submits a written request to the Board for a copy of the settlement agreement
`
`(Exhibit 1011) along with a purported showing of good cause, due to the highly
`
`sensitive nature of the agreement, the Parties would like to be notified of such
`
`request and be given the opportunity to respond thereto.
`
