`AMX, LLC (“Petitioner”) and Chrimar Systems, Inc. (“Patent Owner”), by

`and through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate as follows:

`On August 10, 2016, the Scheduling Order (Paper 19) in this Inter Partes
`
`Review set forth “due dates for the parties to take action after institution of the
`
`proceeding.” Pursuant to Section A of the Scheduling Order, Patent Owner and
`
`Petitioner hereby “stipulate to different dates” for DUE DATES 1 through 3, as set
`
`forth below. This stipulation does not affect or otherwise modify DUE DATES 4-7
`
`in the Scheduling Order.
`
`In connection with this stipulation to modify certain Due Dates, Patent
`
`Owner has stipulated that it will forgo filing a motion to amend the patent at issue
`
`in this IPR proceeding.
`
`In light of the foregoing, Petitioner and Patent Owner hereby stipulate to

`Modify DUE DATE 1 as follows:
