`The Motion to Terminate Inter Partes Reviews refers to as Exhibit A, an

`Arbitral Tribunal's Partial Final Award, which is being filed under separate cover
`
`to the Parties' Motion to Terminate.
`

`The Arbitral Tribunal's Partial Final Award contains confidential and
`
`business sensitive information, and the Parties hereby jointly request that the
`
`Arbitral Tribunal's Partial Final Award, Exhibit A, be kept as a separate paper only
`
`made available under the provisions of 35 U.S.C. §317(b) and 37 CFR §42.74(c).
`
`Petitioner and Patent Owner have complied with the requirements of 37 CFR
`
`§42.20(b) and sought prior authorization for the filing of this request during a
`
`conference call with the Board on April 14, 2016; such authorization was granted.
