`Patent Owner AU Optronics Corporation is the real party-in-interest in

`the present Inter Partes Review. Patent Owner owns all right, title and interest

`to U.S. Patent No. 6,689,629 (“’629 patent”) via an Assignment, recorded on

`December 21, 2005 at Reel 16926, Frame 247 with respect to the ‘629 patent.

`Related Matters
`
`The ‘629 patent is the subject of an arbitration proceeding filed in the
`
`Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre on September 22, 2015. Patent
`
`Owner AU Optronics Corporation does not necessarily agree that the above-
`
`listed proceeding may affect or be affected by a decision in the present Inter
`
`Partes Review.
