`On April 1, 2016, a telephone conference was held between respective
`
`counsel for the parties and Judges Lee, Gerstenblith, and Boudreau. The
`parties informed the Board that they have settled their dispute with regard to
`U.S. Patent No. 8,558,811 B2 and request permission to file a joint motion
`to terminate trial without reaching final written decision, true copies of their
`agreements in contemplation of termination, and a joint request to treat the
`filed true copies as business confidential information under 37 C.F.R.
`§ 42.74(c).
`
`We authorized each of the requested filings. We also advised the
`parties to indicate in any motion to terminate the specific status of related
`litigation in district courts and the International Trade Commission.

`ORDERED that the parties are authorized to file, within two weeks of
`
`the date of this communication: (1) a joint motion to terminate trial without
`reaching final written decision, (2) true copies of all their agreements in
`contemplation of termination, including collateral agreements mentioned in
`such agreements, and (3) a joint request to treat the filed copies of
`agreements as business confidential information under 37 C.F.R. § 42.74(c).
