`Del); and Surpass Tech Innovation LLC v. Samsung Display Co., Ltd., et al., No.

`14—cv—00337-LPS (D. Del.). The '550 Patent is also currently the subject of two
`
`inter partes review proceedings, captioned Sharp Corp. v. Surpass Tech Innovation
`
`LLC, IPR2015—00022 (P.T.A.B.) (not instituted); and Sharp Corp. v. Surpass Tech
`
`Innovation LLC, IPR2015-00913 (P.T.A.B.).
