`Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) provides notice of the voluntary dismissal without

`prejudice of its Complaint in the above-captioned matter against Defendants Strides, Inc. and

`Agila Specialties Private Limited (collectively “Defendants”). Defendants have neither
`
`answered Plaintiff’s Complaint nor filed a motion for summary judgment. Accordingly, this
`
`Complaint may be voluntarily dismissed without a court order under Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i).
