`On October 3, 2014, Petitioners filed a Petition for Inter Partes Review of
`
`U.S. Patent No. 7,420,550 with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, which was
`
`assigned case number IPR2015-00022. At the time of filing their petition,
`
`Petitioners paid the fees in the amount of $23,000 in accordance with the fee
`
`schedule set forth in 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a), including $14,000 for the Inter Partes
`
`Review Post-Institution fee under 37 C.F.R. § 42.15(a)(2). On March 10, 2015,
`
`the Board denied institution of IPR2015-00022 (Paper No. 9). Accordingly,
`
`Petitioners hereby request refund of $14,000 for the Inter Partes Review Post-
`
`Institution fee.
`
`Upon review and approval of this Request, Petitioners respectfully request
`
`that the Board credit $14,000 to Deposit Account No. 01-1785.
