`On June 11, 2014, an inter partes review was instituted in Apple Inc.,

`Google Inc., and Motorola Mobility LLC v. Arendi S.A.R.L., Case IPR2014-00208
`
`(PTAB June 11, 2014). Within a month of that decision, the Petitioner in the
`
`instant proceeding filed a petition, along with a motion for joinder. Papers 1 and 3.
`
` Petitioner moves for institution of an inter partes review and to be joined as a
`
`party to the inter partes review in IPR2014-00208. Papers 1 and 3.
`
`Patent Owner contacted the Board and requested authorization to file an
`
`opposition to the motion for joinder. Petitioner contacted the Board and requested
`
`authorization to file a reply to any opposition the Patent is authorized to file.
`
`Upon consideration of the record,

`ORDERED that Patent Owner is authorized to file, no later than August 4,
`
`2014, an opposition to the motion for joinder, not to exceed the page limit of the
