`I, James J. Kernell, respectfully move for admission pro hac vice of

`David L. Marcus as counsel for Patent Owner, Career Destination Development,

`LLC, in the above-captioned proceeding and state as follows in support of this

`motion:

`This covered business patent review proceeding arises from and
`
`relates to patent infringement lawsuits filed in the United States District Court for
`
`the District of Kansas, captioned:
`
`(1) Career Destination Development, LLC v. Monster Worldwide, Inc.,
`
`
`
`Case No. 2:13-cv-02434, filed August 26, 2013;
`
`(2) Career Destination Development, LLC v. Indeed, Inc.,
`
`
`
`Case No. 2:13-cv-02486, filed September 17, 2013; and
`
`(3) Career Destination Development, LLC v. TheLadders.Com, Inc.,
`
`
`
`
`
`Case No. 2:13-cv-02522, filed October 9, 2013.

`
`The Patent Owner is represented in these lawsuits by the undersigned
`
`counsel and by Applicant, David L. Marcus. Through that representation,
`
`Mr. Marcus has obtained detailed knowledge regarding the conception and
`
`development of the invention embodied in U. S. Patent No. 8,374,901, as well as
`
`prior art in this area. Mr. Marcus’ knowledge would be of substantial benefit to
`
`myself and the Patent Owner in this covered business patent review proceeding.

`in Support of Motion for Pro Hac Vice Admission.
