`Plaintiff, through counsel, moves this Court for an extension of time to comply with the
`
`Court Order of July 8, 2020, which set a deadline of July 22, 2020 to file the Attorney Affidavit.
`
`For cause, Plaintiff states its servicer is communicating with the underlying investor to
`
`confirm the information required to execute the attorney affidavit. Additionally, the ongoing
`
`COVID-19 pandemic has caused additional delay in receiving the confirmation.
`
`WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests a continuance of thirty (30) days to comply
`
`with this Court's Order of July 8, 2020.
