`Now on motion of Darth Vader, Petitioner, it is

`ORDERED, that the Petitioner, Darth Vader, having been born in the County of Monroe on
`April 6, 1972, shall be known by the name Eric Welch, which he is hereby authorized to
`assume, and it is further

`ORDERED, that this order be entered and the papers on which it was granted be filed, prior to
`the publication hereinafter directed, in the office of the Clerk of the County of Ontario, wherein
`Petitioner resides, and it is further,
