`Van Hemmen, Greco & Kenyon LLC, having moved this Court by way of Motion for

`Summary Judgment in Lieu of Complaint for an Order: (a) granting judgment against
`
`defendant Michael R. Davis (“Defendant”) in th amount of $2,151,840.05 plus interest,
`
`costs and attorneys fees; and (b) such other further and additional relief as the Court
`
`may deem just and proper.
`
`NOW, upon reading the Affidavit of Joseph DiMattina, sworn to October 27, 2020,
`
`the Memorandum of Law in Support of this Motion, dated October 27, 2020, the
`
`Affirmation of Service of John Greco, dated November 30, 2020, the Affirmation of
`
`
`
`Mailing of Additional Notice Pursuant to CPLR §3215 of John Greco, dated July 13, 2021
`
`and all of the exhibits attached thereto, and the Defendant having failed to submit
`
`opposition to the Motion or otherwise appear in this action, and all of the pleadings and
`
`proceedings heretofore, it is hereby:
`
`ORDERED, that Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment against Defendant
`
`is GRANTED; and it is further
`
`ORDERED that, JBL EQUITIES LLC, with an address at 50 First Avenue,
`
`Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey 07716, recover against Defendant Michael R. Davis, with
`

`an address at Feldhof 5 - Apt 1 Floor, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, in the principal amount of
`
`$1,340,709.57, plus interest through August 10, 2020 in the amount of $811,130.48, plus
`
`interest from August 10, 2020 through September 10, 2021 in the amount of $348,584.49,
`
`plus attorneys fees in the amount of $12,927.50, plus costs and expenses in the amount
`
`of $2,282.37 for a combined total judgment in the amount of $2,515,634.41 and that
`
`Plaintiff have execution therefor.
