`After reviewing the letter from respondent Smith's counsel, and after
`consultation with the Principal Law Clerk of the Hon. Randy S. Marber, the Court
`sua sponte amends its ordt?r of February 1,2018 (Brandveen, J.) to the extent that
`the framed issue hearing will now take place before Justice Marher on August 6.
`2018. at 9:30 A.M.. and that USAA General Indemnity Company, Steven Bugg
`and John Wesley Bugg shall be added by the petitioner as additional respondents.
`The petitioner shall'serve these additional respondents with the petition and all
`papers in this proceeding,
`including this order and the February 1,2018, order by
`personal service on or before June 23, 2018. A copy of this order shall be served
`on respondent Smith, and mailed to the Clerk of Case Management, and to the
`chambers of Justice Marber.
`The foregoing constitutes the decision and order of this Court.
