`Plaintiff Acuitas Therapeutics Inc. (“Acuitas”) and Defendants Genevant Sciences GmbH

`(“Genevant”) and Arbutus Biopharma Corp. (“Arbutus”), by and through the undersigned counsel,

`hereby stipulate and request an order as follows:
`
`(1) Defendants Genevant and Arbutus agree to accept service of the Summons and
`
`Complaint and associated papers in this action by electronic mail to their undersigned
`
`counsel, and to waive any objections as to the timing, manner, and effectiveness of
`
`service provided that counsel for Plaintiffs effect such email service within three (3)
`
`business days of the entry of this Order; and
`
`(2) The time for each of Defendants Genevant and Arbutus to move, answer, or otherwise
`
`respond to the Complaint in this action shall be extended through and including June
`
`24, 2022.
