JUDGMENT In A Criminal Case. Date of Imposition of Judgment: 2/15/2023. Defendant Brandell Charleston (4) pleaded guilty to Count(s) 1. Count(s) all open counts are dismissed on the motion of the United States. IMPRISONMENT: Time served. SUPERVISED RELEASE: Three years. Standard Conditions of Supervision (See page 4 of Judgment). Special Conditions of Supervision: The first six months of Ms. Charleston's supervised release will be served on home confinement, subject to Ms. Charleston's employment and educational responsibilities and any other determinations made by the probation department. - Ms. Charleston will submit her person, and any property, residence, vehicle, papers, computer, other electronic communication or data storage device, cloud storage or media, and effects to a search by any U.S. Probation Officer where there is reasonable suspicion that a violation of the conditions of her supervised release may be found. Failure to submit to a search may be grounds for revocation. Ms. Charleston will warn any other occupants that the premises may be subject to search pursuant to this condition. Any search shall be conducted at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner. - Ms. Charleston will provide the Probation Officer with access to any requested financial information, and she will not incur new credit charges or open additional lines of credit without the approval of the Probation Officer. - Ms. Charleston will be supervised by the district of her residence. ASSESSMENT: $100.00, due immediately. RESTITUTION: $56060.76. Upon the application of the United States of America, by its attorney, Damian Williams, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Kevin Mead, Assistant United States Attorney, of counsel; the presentence report; the Defendant's conviction on Count One of the above Indictment; and all other proceedings in this case, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1.Amount of Restitution. BRANDELL CHARLESTON, the Defendant, shall pay restitution in the total amount of $56,060.76, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3663, to the victims of the offense charged in Count One. The names, addresses, and specific amounts owed to each victim are set forth in the Schedule of Victims, attached hereto as Schedule A.
