JUDGMENT In A Criminal Case. (FOR REVOCATION OF PROBATION OR SUPERVISED RELEASE). Date of Imposition of Judgment: 2/27/2024. Defendant Kevin Taylor (1) admitted guilt to violation of condition(s) 5 of the term of supervision. The defendant has not violated condition(s) 1, 2, 3, 4, & 6 and is discharged as to such violation(s) condition. IMPRISONMENT: The defendant is sentenced to a term of thirty-seven (37) months imprisonment on violation specification 5 of the violation of supervised release in case 18CR586-1, and forty-two (42) months imprisonment on Count 1 in 23CR285, to run concurrently, for a total of forty-two (42) months imprisonment. - The court makes the following recommendations to the Bureau of Prisons: Defendant be designated to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. In addition, it is recommended that the defendant be considered for the RDAP program or any other substance abuse treatment program that is available. - The defendant is remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal. SUPERVISED RELEASE: No additional term of supervised release is imposed on violation specification 5 of the violation of supervised release in case 18CR586-1. A term of three (3) years supervised release is imposed on Count 1 in 23CR285. Standard Conditions of Supervision (See page 4 of Judgment).
