ORDER: In light of the filing of a satisfactory discovery schedule at ECF No. 9 , the 7/19/2023 Initial Conference is canceled and the following discovery schedule is so-ordered. Defendants will respond to the settlement demand by 7/12/2023. The parties will serve Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosures by 6/12/2023. The parties will serve initial document requests and interrogatories on or before 6/12/2023. Any joinder and/or amendments of the pleadings must be made by 7/28/2023. The parties will complete fact discovery by 8/15/2023. If the parties perform expert discovery, they will serve initial disclosures by 8/31/2023; initial expert reports by 8/31/2023; and rebuttal expert reports on or before 9/15/2023. Expert discovery, including expert depositions, will be completed by 9/28/2023, and the parties will file a joint letter certifying the close of all discovery by this same date.

The parties will file a joint status letter by 9/15/2023, informing the Court of the progress of discovery. The letter must address whether counsel will pursue motion practice or seek a trial date. If necessary, the Court will schedule a conference after receiving the status letter. The parties are encouraged to consider requesting a referral to Court-annexed mediation.
