Because the opposition purports to be dated 6/25/24, the clerk of court gave it a filing date of 6/26/24, though it was not in fact received by the court until 7/1/24, and the certificate of service 25 reflects that it wasn't mailed to the defendant until 6/27/24. Plaintiff is advised that, because the court already entered an order resolving these motions before his response 24 was received, should he desire relief from the order compelling arbitration and staying this case, he must file an appropriate motion.
