`Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5.3, Lucas I. Silva, attorney for Plaintiff Philips North America

`LLC. (“Philips”), hereby moves this Court for an order granting leave for Eley O. Thompson to
`
`appear and practice in this Court for the purpose of representing Philips in this action. In support
`
`of this Motion, Plaintiff states as follows:

`Philips is represented in this action by Lucas I. Silva of the law firm Foley &
`
`Lardner LLP, who is a member of good standing of the Bar of this Court.

`
`The appearance and active participation of Eley O. Thompson on behalf of Philips
`
`will facilitate the representation of Philips in this Court.
`

`Eley O. Thompson is also an attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP, who practices
`
`out of the firm’s office located at 321 North Clark Street, Suite 2800, Chicago, Illinois 60654.

`
`Eley O. Thompson is a member of good standing of the Bar of the State of Illinois
`
`(Bar No. 6204648) and is a member in good standing of the Bar in every jurisdiction in which
`
`she has been admitted to practice. There are no disciplinary proceedings pending against Eley O.
`

`Thompson as a member of the Bar in any jurisdiction.

`Eley O. Thompson is familiar with, and will follow, the Court’s rules, procedures,

`timetables, and all Massachusetts laws.

`The $100.00 fee for admission pro hac vice was paid to the Board of Bar
`
`Overseers, WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order
`
`admitting Eley O. Thompson, pro hac vice, as counsel of record for the Plaintiff, Philips, for all
`
`purposes relating to the proceedings in the above-captioned matter.
