`Pursuant to Rule 83.5.3(e)(2) of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the

`District of Massachusetts, Elizabeth A. DiMarco of the law firm Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, P.C., a
`
`member of the bar of this Court, respectfully moves that Adam Steinmetz, Esq. who is a member
`
`of the bar of the State of New York, be granted leave to appear and practice in this Court in the
`
`above-captioned action pro hac vice. Attached to this Motion as Exhibit A is a Certification signed
`
`by Adam Steinmetz, Esq. stating that (1) he is a member of the bar in good standing in every
`
`jurisdiction in which he has been admitted to practice; (2) he is not the subject of disciplinary
`
`proceedings pending in any jurisdiction in which he is a member of the bar; (3) he has not
`
`previously had a pro hac vice admission to this court (or other admission for a limited purpose
`
`under this rule) revoked for misconduct; and (4) has read and agrees to comply with the Local
`
`Rules of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
