`Pursuant to Kansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 2020-PR-032, all Kansas district
`
`courts are restricted to “emergency operations.” Emergency operations are defined within Kansas
`
`Supreme Court Administrative Order 2020-PR-32.

`This Court has determined that the matter set in this case does not qualify as an emergency
`
`operation. Therefore, your case is being continued to a later date.

`Your new court date and time is February 9, 2021 at 3:20 pm. When you arrive at the
`
`Crawford County District Court, 602 N. Locust, Pittsburg, KS, you will go through security. If
`
`you are not represented by an attorney, and you wish to inquire whether an agreement can be
`
`reached in your case, at your designated time, you may contact the County Attorney’s office by
`
`telephone at (620) 231-1064 where you may discuss your case. If you do not wish to discuss an
`
`agreement in your case, which is your right, you may have an attorney appointed to represent you.

`
`imposed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment within the previous

`14 days.
