`It has just come to our attention that protective order subscriptions were inadvertently not
`filed for Charles Verhoeven and Alexander Rudis in the 750 investigation, even though both
`attorneys had signed protective order subscriptions early on in the investigation and had expected
`that their protective order subscriptions would be timely filed soon after they were executed. At
`all times throughout the investigation both attorneys have acted in full conformance with the
`requirements of the protective order.
`
`Their protective order subscriptions are attached for belated filing. We regret the
`
`oversight.
