`Gary A. Coad will be joining the Patent Litigation practice group in the Washington, DC office of Weil,
`Gotshal & Manges LLP. Because of his prior involvement in ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-750 while an intern
`at the Commission, Mr. Coad will not be participating in that matter and will be screened from
`communicating with any of the attorneys at the firm about the matter. All firm attorneys working on the
`matter have been instructed not to communicate with Mr. Coad about the matter and not to give him

`Gary Coad will be joining the Washington, DC office as a first-year associate in the Patent Litigation
`group. Prior to joining Weil, Gary worked as an intern at the International Trade Commission. While at
`the ITC, Mr. Coad performed legal research and attended hearings in ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-750, which
`concerns Apple's assertion that Motorola Mobility infringes certain Apple patents.
`
`Although Mr. Coad was not directly involved in the investigation, in order to avoid any appearance of
`impropriety, he should be, and is hereby, screened completely from this matter.
`
`Specifically, he may not have anything to do with this matter; Weil personnel may not discuss any
`aspect of the matter with him or in his presence; and he may not be given access to any documents or
`files concerning such matter.
