`
`Pursuant to Commission Rule 210.15 and Ground Rule 3, Respondents Motorola Inc.,
`
`n/k/a Motorola Solutions, Inc., and Motorola Mobility, Inc. (“Motorola”) and Complainant
`
`Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) (collectively, “the Parties”), respectfully move to adjust the Procedural

`
`which are currently scheduled for September 23, 2011 and September 26 — October 5, 2011,
`
`respectively.
`
`The current procedural schedule, Order No. 5 as amended by Order No. 8, establishes the

`
`Good cause exists to extend the deadlines as requested herein. The parties propose the
`
`following revised procedural schedule in order to most efficiently approach prehearing events
`
`and in an effort to reduce evidentiaxy issues and/or objections that may be presented to the
`
`Administrative Law Judge. The parties note that the proposed schedule below includes
`
`additional specific deadlines for prehearing events such as the exchange of deposition
`
`designations, counter-designations and completeness designation. The parties believe that these
`
`additional deadlines will facilitate orderly and efficient hearing preparation.

`The parties agree that the granting of this joint request will not affect any other deadlines

`contained in the current procedural schedule in this investigation.
`
`The Staff has indicated that it does not oppose this motion.

`to prehearing events as outlined above.
