`Order No. 5 Complainant Apple Inc. ("Apple") makes the following disclosure of expert

`witnesses that Apple may call to testify at the hearing in this investigation, as well as the

`general nature of the subject matter on which each expert may testify. Curriculum vitae

`This identification of experts is based on Apple's understanding of

`Respondents Motorola, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc.'s (collectively, "Motorola")

`current pleadings and evidence likely to be produced in this investigation. Discovery is

`1. W. Christopher Bakewell. Mr. Bakewell's expertise includes the
