`counsel of record, that all claims against Defendant Air Care USA, LLC be dismissed in its
`
`entirety without prejudice. Additionally, as Defendant Air Care USA, LLC will be dismissed
`
`from this lawsuit, venue for this action is now correct in Gwinnett County, GA.
`
`The remainder of Plaintiff's claims against the remaining Defendant Erandi Figueroa will
`
`continue and the case will be recaptioned to Jose Dylan Luna v. Erandi Villa Figueroa, and this
`
`case will be transferred to the State Court of Gwinnett County, GA.
`
