`The court entered a Preliminary Case Management Order (“CMO”) in this action on
`September 3, 2019. The parties have failed to comply with the CMO, which required that they
`hold an early planning conference within thirty (30) days after the Defendant answered the
`complaint and to complete and file a proposed Scheduling Order within forty-five (45) days after
`the Defendant answered the complaint.
`
`THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case shall stand automatically
`dismissed for want of prosecution if a joint proposed Scheduling Order compliant with the
`dictates of the CMO, and in the form required by the court, is not filed within fifteen (15) days
`from the date of entry of this Order.
`
