`The Court, having considered the record in the above—styled case, finds that this case is
`
`suitable for mediation. It is thus ORDERED that this matter be mediated Within 20 days of the
`
`entry of this Order.
`
`The parties may utilize a private mediation service, the Alternative Dispute Resolution
`
`(“ADR”) Program of Fulton County, or the Judicially Hosted Settlement Conference (“JHSC”)
`
`Program through Fulton County. To schedule either a Fulton County mediation or a JHSC, the
`
`parties should contact the ADR office at 404—612—4549 or sca.adrstaffchfultoncountyga.gov .
`
`Any costs of ADR shall be borne equally by both parties unless otherwise ordered by the
`
`Court. Attendance by an attorney or other representative who has full authority to settle all issues
`
`in the action is RES QUIRED. To repeat, if counsel does not have full authority to settle the case,
`
`
`the client (or insurance representative) must appear. Counsel and all parties MUST participate in
`
`good faith in this ADR.
`
`Counsel are directed to notify the Court if this case resolves. The Court may impose
`
`sanctions, including costs, upon any party Who fails to appear and participate in good faith.

`The case remains assigned to this Court for all purposes. This Order does not change or
`
`amend any hearing or trial dates already noticed.
