`THIS CAUSE, having come before the Court on Personal Representative’s Petition for Order
`
`Permitting Personal Representative to Abandon Property (“Content Distributors Account/Copyright
`
`Royalties”), and the Court, having reviewed the petition and the provisions of Fla. Stat. § 733.612(9), and
`
`being otherwise fully advised in the premises, DOES HEREBY
`
`ORDER AND ADJUDGE that the Petition for Order Permitting Personal Representative to
`
`Abandon Property (“Content Distributors Account/Copyright Royalties”) is GRANTED. The Court finds
`
`decedent’s interest in the Content Distributors Account #C-1787615/Copyright Royalties is valueless which
`
`relates to a book copyrighted and published by decedent in 2013 entitled, “Stem Cells and Sex Wars
`
`Challenging the Incurable”. The Personal Representative shall be permitted to abandon decedent’s interest
`
`in the Content Distributors Account #C-1787615/Copyright Royalties, and the decedent’s interest in the
`
`Content Distributors Account #C-1787615/Copyright Royalties IS HEREBY DEEMED ABANDONED.
`
`DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at South County Courthouse, Delray Beach, Palm Beach
`County, Florida on this 8th day of November, 2019.
