`Come now Plaintiff, Meibel E. Saboya Diaz, and Defendant, Seaworld Parks &

`Entertainment LLC d/b/a Busch Gardens, by and through their respective counsel of record, and

`hereby file this Joint Stipulation to Enlarge Time with respect to the following discovery
`
`responses: Interrogatories (Docket Index 22) and Request to Produce (Docket Index 23).
`
`1. Plaintiff served Defendant with Interrogatories and a Request to Produce on March 31,
`
`2023.
`
`2. After conferring, the parties have agreed that the defendant's responses to Plaintiff s
`
`discovery documents (Docket Index 22 and 23) shall be due on May 23, 2023.

`Wherefore, Plaintiff and Defendant hereby agree to an enlargement of the deadline and

`request an order from the court on the same.
